CoC Coordinated Entry System Coordinator
The CoC Coordinated Entry System Coordinator is responsible for the continued implementation and evaluation of the Coordinated Entry System (CES). This position will work closely with agencies participating in Memphis/Shelby County Continuum of Cares CES and will engage in technical assistance and ongoing training with staff from partner agencies. This position will be responsible for facilitation of work groups and meetings regarding CES and for creating reports used to evaluate the CES.

CoC Crisis Response Administrator
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Crisis Response Administrator will report to and partner closely with the Vice President of Programs to administer all aspects of current and future emergency response programs. This includes warming and cooling centers, emergency shelter programs, and other crisis response projects developed to support the Memphis/Shelby County Homeless Consortium.

Homeless Management Information System Administrator
The Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Administrator will report to and partner closely with the HMIS Director to administer all aspects of the HMIS System(s), including providing continuous HMIS support to the Memphis/Shelby County CoC, technical assistance, training, reporting and provide support to all HMIS related committees.

Senior Housing Navigator
The Senior Housing Navigator plays a central role in the Memphis/Shelby County Coordinated Entry System (CES). The Senior Housing Navigator is responsible for the oversight of all housing navigation coordination, including maintaining relationships with partner landlords, Memphis Housing Authority, community partners, and local service providers. The Senior Housing Navigator will work closely with the CES Director and VP of Programs to oversee the process of assisting individuals and families with moving into permanent housing.
