CoC Director
The Continuum of Care Director is responsible for executing the agreement between the Memphis & Shelby County Homeless Consortium and Community Alliance For The Homeless (CAFTH) that designates CAFTH as both the Collaborative Applicant for the Continuum of Care (CoC) and the CoC Planning Lead Agency. This includes providing year-round CoC and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) planning, technical assistance, and oversight of all activities related to the community’s Strategic Plan to End Homelessness.

Coordinated Entry Special Populations Coordinator
The Coordinated Entry Special Populations Coordinator is responsible for the continued implementation and evaluation of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) as it relates to special populations. This position will work closely with agencies participating in Memphis/Shelby County Continuum of Care’s CES and will engage in technical assistance and ongoing training with staff from partner agencies. This position will be responsible for facilitating work groups and meetings regarding CES and for creating reports used to evaluate the CES.

Homeless Management Information System Administrator
The Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Administrator will report to and partner closely with the HMIS Director to administer all aspects of the HMIS System(s), including providing continuous HMIS support to the Memphis/Shelby County CoC, technical assistance, training, reporting and provide support to all HMIS related committees.
